Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and hygiene products.
- Beauty products that have been opened or used.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
